I'm thinking of making some returns--from two different orders. I know that I could probably resell them as new, but if I return them, I can put the $$ towards items that I want now--new.

So, how long do I have to return them? And I assume I could include two different pieces (and their sales receipts) in the same box??

Also, some of you mentioned returning at AGPlace. I never really even thought of this, but I guess I could do this, too? Do I have to bring in the sales slip or just the item--for store credit? Again, I'm not sure when the next time I will be there, so that's why time limits are an issue, but that would certainly work out.

I really don't know about returning for a refund, but returning for credit I don't think they have any sort of timeline at all.

They don't require you send a reciept or anything when you return, you can print the return form off of their website and just send the product- so to me that means any current product can be returned at anytime.

Knowing AG, they would probably accept returns on retired products too.

There is no time line - If you have the receipt you can return for full refund if you don't they give you a store/On-line Credit

I have some returns as well. I mentioned to CS that there was a chance that I might make it to the Chicago store in the next 6 months and could I just do them then they said it would not be a problem.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Yes they will. I got an old pattern bitty baby carrier given to me that had one of the straps sewn on backwards (from the factory) and would never lay flat. It hadn't bothered the previous owner but it DID bother my son.

They said they didn't care how I got it, and didn't care that it was retired , or how long I had it. They said they would still exchange it or take it back for refund of the going rate of the current backpack carrier. (I chose the exchange) And to just send it in as any normal return.
